Harry has been helping me for nine months now, with a mixture of face-to-face coaching and a personalised online training plan and it has been so helpful! I have always been active but have struggled to stick to a consistent strength training routine – previously I have always relied on classes. Harry’s personalised plan for me has helped me try new things and I am the strongest I have been. I am particularly proud of my progress with bench pressing and the fact that I can now do two full pull ups in a row. This may seem small, but my upper body strength has never been great (something probably a lot of women can relate to!) and I have never come close to what I can do now. Harry also helped me train in the lead up to my first marathon, keeping me motivated and consistent with my runs as well as giving me a strength programme to help support my running and guard against injury. Whenever I felt a small twinge he offered me advice to help overcome it, and I think the fact he is a qualified physiotherapist really helped with this.
